Project Description
Paw Station imagines a different kind of bus stand for Dhaka a place that feels less like a fight to get home and more like a breath between the day’s demands. After office hours, these spaces are packed and tense, with everyone tired and in a hurry. This design adds a small, calm corner where street cats and dogs have safe spots to rest, and people can share a quick moment with them a pat on the head, a treat, a little play. Those few minutes can soften stress, spark a smile, and make the wait feel lighter. It’s simple to build and easy to repeat, so more bus stands could offer the same pause. Over time it becomes more than just a stop on the way home it’s a daily part of life. This is a place where kindness is part of the commute, and where animals who are often overlooked are given care and dignity. Even in a busy city, small moments like this can quietly change the mood of a crowd and make the journey home a little warmer.
