The rickshaw is more than a vehicle; it is the silent engine of Bangladesh. In this piece, I have reimagined the rickshaw’s iconic three wheels as a vertical ecosystem of circular discs. These levels represent the layers of our society that rely on this affordable, flexible transport to stay in motion. At the core, a gear symbolizes the tireless drive of the pullers, whose lives center around this vehicle in a continuous loop. Every day begins where the last one ended—an interconnected cycle of movement that, if paused for even a single day, would bring our social fabric to a standstill.
