Project Description
This design turns Satyajit Ray’s ominous instrumental "Jantar Mantar" into a real walk through the human mind. The space mimics the music, taking the visitor from a world of loud, forced chaos to a quiet place of true freedom. It starts with a dark, narrow tunnel that suddenly opens into a giant, silent hall - making someone feel the heavy weight of a world that wants to control everyone. The journey ends in a wide, open space where the walls disappear into the horizon. Here, far away from all outside noise, the visitor is left alone with their own reflection. It is a place built to make someone doubt, make someone hesitate, but ultimately a reminder of a simple truth: in a world of absolute control, we are our own saviour. Like a shadow, our true self. It is so close yet so far, something we can always see, but can never truly grasp.
