Project Description

Canopy Node is a portable and foldable module designed for research in dense natural environments. It can blend in nature. It can be raised above the ground and it allows researchers to observe wildlife and study forest ecosystems without disturbing the habitat. It has a modular form  which makes it easy to transport and assemble. It has a small footprint which protects the forest floor and surrounding vegetation. The foldable structure fits within a 10 cubic meter volume. It can be made into a safe and functional elevated space. It is simple in form and efficient in use. Canopy Node supports careful observation and meaningful interaction with the forest while respecting its natural balance.
